Ryong is a vegetarian restaurant with plenty of vegan options. Ryong-team has analyzed, refined and combined recipes from the Vietnamese and Japanese cuisines to an experimental and sophisticated streetfood with fresh spelt and pho noodles, bao-burgers with tempura crusts and bento boxes with a fine selection of vegetables, pickles and herbs.
The interior was designed by owner Tran Mai Huy Thong and his team at Oukan lab.
